1 – GENERAL PURPOSE
Address content and practices relating to operations and procedures for recognition, analysis and prevention of risk when working at height and site assessment and the victim and his redemption in accordance with the NR34 and NR35. mainly:
• Develop the perception of risk in activities at height;
• Improve the safety practices of professional activities in height;
• Train workers able to perform rescue if needed.
2 – ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
- Make Planning and Organization;
- Identify hazards present in work at height;
- Knowing EPI and EPC for working at heights;
- Conduits in emergency situations, such as suspension inert principles of fire, rescue and escape route, among others;
- APR – Preliminary Risk;
- PT – Work Permit;
- Work Methodology;
- Knowing Stairs, ramps, walkways, platforms and access to justice;
- Meet standards and regulations.

3 – SCOPE OF WORK
Risk situations involving work at height. It is considered work time every activity performed above 2.00 m (two meters) of the lower level where there is a risk of falling.
4 – TARGET PUBLIC
Any professional who carries out rescue in time, ie, every activity performed above two feet above the floor, there is a risk of falling worker should have rescue team.
5 – REQUIREMENTS
The training should be minimal physical conditions, by certified occupational health (ASO) or equivalent and must be considered capable of performing the exercises and simulations provided for this course.
6 – TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO FOLLOW THE DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE
The courses offered by West Group online use a teaching methodology which activities are organized within a Virtual Learning Environment . Therefore , to participate in a course in the distance learnign modality , you need to have basic knowlodge in computers , specially knowing how to navigate over the internet.
7 – METHODOLOGY
Theoretical analysis, practical exercises and application of procedures in practice.
8 – DURATION
The course will be taught in 3 days, 24 hours. Being 4 hours theory and 20 hours practical.
9 – VALIDITY
Valid for two (2) years as MTE.
