The art of public speaking and skills of the training instructor;

Defining training objectives, planning presentations and planning steps;

6 – TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO FOLLOW THE DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE 

The courses offered by West Group online use a teaching methodology which activities are organized within a Virtual Learning Environment . Therefore , to participate in a course in the distance learnign modality , you need to have basic knowlodge in computers , specially knowing how to navigate over the internet.

The course will be through the manual, also through dynamic teaching on the content. At the end of each module of the course, a list of exercise will be applied.
