1 – GENERAL PURPOSE 

Recycle participants to prevent accidents with electricity, in compliance with the new text of NR-10, accrediting them to the Authorization for work on electrical installations.

2 – ACQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

• Identify possible risks arising from incorrect practices with electricity;
• Identify the risks of your work environment;Apply the company’s internal rules;
• Inform participants of the minimum conditions required by law (NR-10 Regulatory Standard);
• Ensure the safety of employees who work in low-voltage electrical installations, in their various stages, including design, execution, operation, maintenance, renovation and expansion, as well as the safety of users and third parties;
• Make and identify a temporary grounding.

• Enforce the use of locks, collective protection equipment and personal protective equipment;
• Be a multiplier of the standard concepts;
• Know the legal responsibilities of the new NR-10;
• Become an authorized and knowledgeable NR-10 worker.

3 – SCOPE OF WORK

Low voltage electrical installations. Design, construction, assembly, operation, maintenance of electrical installations and any work carried out in their vicinity.

4 – TARGET PUBLIC

The course is aimed at professionals who work in the area of ​​electrical installations, who must be authorized to intervene in electrical installations and who need to recycle the basic 40-hour course, who need training on the risks arising from the use of electrical energy and the main accident prevention measures in electrical installations, in accordance with the provisions of NR-10.

5 –  REQUIREMENTS

Have participated, with satisfactory performance, in the basic course of NR 10 (40h). The student must present a copy of the 40h training certificate. Internet access and basic computer knowledge.

6 – TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO FOLLOW THE DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE

Does this course teach me how to work with electricity?

No. This course authorizes the worker to interact or perform services with electricity in a safe way, in accordance with the requirements of NR-10.

What subject the NR-10 about?

It deals with how to work safely in electricity installations and services, determines the employer’s and employee’s responsibilities, in addition to government determinations in relation to the new NR-10.
