1 – GENERAL PURPOSE
Train the professionals in safety and prevention in accidents with electricity in the Electrical Power System, in compliance with the text of NR-10, considering the Administrative Rule MTPS no. 508, of April 29, 2016, accrediting them to the authorization for works in electrical installations in areas of high voltage.
Considering the various branches of activities in the SEP, this course addresses the concepts of safety related to all levels of tension, as well as to the generation, transmission, distribution and consumption phases; including other non-specific activities involving high voltage (eg painting professionals performing work inside a substation).

All Professionals working with high voltage electrical installations and in the EPS (Electrical Power System), and to all those interested in training in the complementary course of EPS.
4 – TARGET PUBLIC
The EPS course is designed for professionals who work in high voltage areas and who have taken the Basic NR-10 course.
5 – REQUIREMENTS
Have participated, with satisfactory use, of the basic course of safety defined by the NR-10 of 40h. The candidate for training must be in minimum conditions of physical health, attested by medical examination or equivalent, in order to be considered fit to perform the exercises and simulations foreseen in the course.
6 – TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS TO FOLLOW THE DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE

9 – VALIDITY
The course is valid for 2 years.
According to NR-10, biennial recycling training must be carried out and whenever there is a change of function or change of company, return to work or inactivity, for a period exceeding three months, significant modifications to the electrical installations or exchange of methods, processes and work organization.
